My journey in chronic disease and obesity management is coupled with a deep dedication to Lifestyle Medicine. As a board-certified professional by the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine, American board of Obesity Medicine and American board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, I also bring forth practical insights from my own transformation—overcoming prediabetes, hyperlipidemia, and a personal weight loss of over 30 pounds through whole food, plant-based nutrition, and Lifestyle Medicine strategies.
Teaching is not just my profession; it is a personal passion. I integrate my clinical experience with evidence-based Lifestyle Medicine interventions to cultivate genuine wellness awareness and motivation.
