My interdisciplinary approach to pain rehabilitation and chronic disease management, augmented by my board certification in Lifestyle Medicine and a Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition certification, reflect a deep-seated commitment to fostering whole health. I am proud to share my personal triumph over prediabetes, hyperlipidemia, and significant weight loss, all achieved through dedicated Lifestyle Medicine practices.
